Ingredients for Baking Corn:
• 1-2 pcs of boiled corn on cobs

Ingredients for salad
• peppers, tomatoes, lettuce, cucumbers, chives,
• little olive oil
• juice from half a lemon
• V6BBQ COPILOT SALAD spice
We prepare the charcoal. The fire is perfect when the charcoal no longer burns with a flame, and it is covered with grey ash. We will cook directly on top of the charcoal.
We then mix the vegetables cut into big pieces, season them with olive oil, a little chive, a little lemon juice and V6BBQ salad spices. We then leave it aside until the moment of serving.
Because it is a quick recipe, we will use already boiled corn, that we will bake for 2 to 3 minutes on the grill, until it becomes sweet and receives the scent of smoke. On top of the corn, we sprinkle V6BBQ Spicy grill condiments.
Season the beef with V6BBQ QUICK NO BRAKES spice. We then place it on the grill over the fire and not move it at all for 1 minute, after which we come back and turn it to the other side, and leave it there for one additional minute.
As soon as we take it off the grill, we glaze it using the V6BBQ Steakhouse sauce, and then serve it with the corn and salad.
