Ingredients for 4 servings:
• 1kg of lower chicken legs
• a RUB with Raspberry and Mustard bag
The quantity of a bag is precisely enough to cover the whole surface of the meat.
We rub it intensely, in order for the flavor to permeate the meat.
We cover it, and leave it in the fridge for 2 to 12 hours. The longer it stays, the more intense the flavors and the better the taste will be.
With RUB, marinating is dry, and there is no need to add oil, wine or other liquids.
We prepare the fire, while being careful to place the charcoal only on one side of the grill. We leave the meat on the opposite side of the charcoal, with the cover on, for an hour at 180 degrees Celsius, flipping the thighs halfway through the duration.
Serve it with V6BBQ Mango sauce for grill. Enjoy!
