MARINATED CHICKEN BREAST WRAPPED IN BACON
• 1kg chicken breast
• 1 V6BBQ Raspberry and Mustard
• Slim strips of bacon
We cut the breast into 2-3 cm thick slices, and then sprinkle all the Rub over the meat, rubbing it very well, for the flavors to enter it.
For a perfect result we wrap the meat as tightly as possible in food foil, and leave it in the fridge for 2 to 12 hours. It is preferable to marinate overnight. The longer it marinates, the more powerful the flavors and the more intense the taste will be.
With V6BBQ RUB, marinating is dry and does not require any kind of liquid.
We then wrap every piece of chicken in a slim strip of bacon. Then, fry the pieces of meat on the grill, for around 3 minutes on each side, or until the bacon becomes crispy and the meat is well done. Enjoy!
