Ingredients for 4 servings:
• 1kg sliced pork breast
• One bag of RUB Pastrami V6BBQ
We rub the V6BBQ over the entire surface of the meat.
For a complete marinating, we leave the mixture wrapped in foil, in the fridge, for 2 to 12 hours.
The longer it stays to marinate, the stronger the flavor will be.
We prepare the fire, and leave the charcoal on only one side of the grill, in order to have indirect heat on the pork.
Afterwards, we place the meat on the opposite side of the charcoal, and cover the grill, letting it cook for about 25 minutes, at 180 degrees Celsius. Halfway through, we will flip the meat on its other side.
When it is done, enjoy it with V6BBQ Salsa sauce for grill. Enjoy!
