PORK BREAST MARINATED WITH V6BBQ RUB, IN THE OVEN WITH VEGETABLES


Ingredients:
• 3-4 slices of pork breast
• 1 kg potatoes
• 1-2 carrots
• Olive oil
• 1 V6BBQ Raspberry and mustard Rub
• 1 V6BBQ Smoked salt for grill
• V6BBQ Garlic sauce for grill
PREPARATION
We sprinkle the Rub on the surface of the meat, in order for the flavors to permeate as well as possible.
For a perfect result we wrap the meat as tightly as possible in food foil, and leave it in the fridge for 2 to 12 hours. It is preferable to marinate overnight. The longer it marinates, the more powerful the flavors and the more intense the taste will be.
With V6BBQ RUB, marinating is dry and does not require any kind of liquid.
We then rinse the vegetables, and cut them into big pieces. We then place them in a spacious tray and wet them with olive oil. We condiment the potatoes and carrots, according to taste, with V6BBQ Smoked Salt. Over the vegetables, we place the already marinated slices of pork, and cover the tray with aluminum foil, or with a lid.
We puncture the foil from spot to spot and leave the tray in the oven at around 180 degrees Celsius, for about 45 minutes. Afterwards, we remove the cover or the foil and leave it for another 10 minutes for the steak to get a nice roast.
We then serve the pork breast immediately with the V6BBQ garlic sauce and potatoes on the side.
