MARINATED PORK WRAP WITH VEGETABLES ON THE GRILL


Ingredients:
• 1kg pork nape
• 1 V6BBQ Pepper Rub
• Paprika, tomatoes, onion, salad
• Wraps
• V6BBQ Jalapeno grill sauce
PREPARATION
We sprinkle the contents of the V6BBQ Rub over the meat evenly, in order for it to be covered on both sides.
For a perfect result we wrap the meat as tightly as possible in food foil, and leave it in the fridge for 2 to 12 hours. It is preferable to marinate overnight. The longer it marinates, the more powerful the flavors and the more intense the taste will be.
With V6BBQ RUB, marinating is dry and does not require any kind of liquid.
We cut thick slices of tomatoes and paprika, and slim slices of onion. We place the meat on the heated grill, over the fire, for 5 minutes on each side, or until it is well cooked (time might vary depending on the thickness). We do the same with the tomato and paprika slices, for 1 minute on each side.
We then cut the hot meat into tiny pieces. In each wrap, we add salad, the baked tomatoes and paprika, and the onion rings. Afterwards, we add the V6BBQ Jalapeno sauce, roll it up and enjoy it with friends.
