Ingredients for 4 servings:
• 1kg chicken breast cut into cubes
• a RUB Garlic V6BBQ bag
• red onion 2 pcs
• bell pepper 2 pcs
• 4 slices of pineapple
We use the entire bag of V6BBQ Rub to marinate the meat.
We rub the chicken breast thoroughly, for the flavors to permeate as well as possible, and leave it covered in the fridge for 2 to 12 hours.
With RUB, the marinating is dry, and there is no need to add oil, wine or other liquids. The longer we leave it to marinate, the stronger the flavor of the skewers will be.
We prepare the fire, take the meat out of the fridge, and prepare the 2 types of skewers.
On the first one, we place the chicken with onion and bell pepper, for a classic first type, and for the second recipe, we add something a bit more different and delicious, which is pineapple rings alongside the marinated chicken.
We leave it for 2 minutes on each side and serve immediately with V6BBQ Garlic or V6BBQ Mango sauces for grill. Enjoy!
