• 1kg lamb chop
• 10-12 rosemary branches

Cut the lamb meat into cubes for the skewers. Sprinkle the entire content of a V6BBQ bag for the flavor to permeate the meat.
For a perfect result, wrap the meat as tightly as possible in food foil, and leave it in the fridge for 2 to 12 hours. It is preferable to marinate overnight. The longer it marinates, the more powerful the flavors and the more intense the taste will be.
With V6BBQ RUB, marinating is dry and does not require any kind of liquid.
The following day, we place the skewers on the rosemary branches and place them above the fire, for 5 minutes on each side. Serve them with the zucchini and the cherry tomatoes, with a lot of V6BBQ Garlic sauce.
