Ingredients for 4 servings:
• 1kg of pork chop (whole piece)
• 1 bag RUB Paprika
Sprinkle all the RUB on the entire surface of the meat, and rub it well.
For perfect marinating, the meat should be covered and refrigerated between 2 to12 hours.

With RUB V6BBQ the marinating is dry and you do not have to add oil, wine or other liquids.
The more we let it marinate, the more intense the flavor will be.
A covered grill is required.
We prepare the fire, placing the charcoal on only one side of the grill. We place the meat on the opposing side, and leave it at 180 degrees Celsius for 2 hours.
When it is done, we slice it and serve it with V6BBQ Jalapeno sauce for grill. Enjoy!
