Ingredients for 4 servings:
• 1kg of mutton chops
• a RUB bag with V6BBQ Greens
We sprinkle the RUB generously on the entire surface of the meat.
We then rub the meat very well to ensure that it is evenly spread, cover it with foil and leave it in the fridge for 2 to 12 hours, while it marinates.
With RUB, marinating is dry, and there is no need to add oil, wine or other liquids.
The more we leave it to marinate, the stronger the taste and the flavor of the condiments will be.
We prepare the fire, and place the marinated chops on the grill for around a minute on each side.
