Ingredients for 4 servings:
• 1kg of pork ribs
• a RUB Pepper V6BBQ bag
Sprinkle the contents of the RUB bag over the entire surface of the ribs.
For a complete marinating, we leave the mixture wrapped in foil, in the fridge, for 2 to 12 hours.
The longer it stays to marinate, the stronger the flavor will be. With V6BBQ Rub, marinating is dry, and there is no need to add oil or other liquids.
A grill with a cover is required.
We prepare the fire and place the charcoal on only one side of the grill. On the opposite side, we will place the ribs, either on the grill or on a special support. We shut the cover and leave them on for 2 hours, at around 160 degrees Celsius.
When they are done, cut them into pieces and serve them with V6BBQ Original Barbecue Sauce. Enjoy!
