MARINATED PORK NAPE WITH V6BBQ RUB ON A GRILL PAN
• 1kg sliced pork nape
• 1 V6BBQ Pepper Rub
• V6BBQ Salsa grill sauce
Sprinkle the entire V6BBQ Rub over the meat. Afterwards, rub the nape slices in order for the spices to permeate the meat well, and form an aromatic crust.
For a perfect result we wrap the meat as tightly as possible in food foil, and leave it in the fridge for 2 to 12 hours. It is preferable to marinate overnight. The longer it marinates, the more powerful the flavors and the more intense the taste will be.
With V6BBQ RUB, marinating is dry and does not require any kind of liquid.
After the marinating process is done, we heat up the grill pan, and fry the meat slices for 5 minutes on each side, at medium heat. We place the lid on, and leave it for 2 minutes in order to cook.
We serve immediately with fried potatoes on the side, salad, and V6BBQ Salsa sauce. Enjoy!
