Beef burger with potato wedges
Ingredients for 2 servings:
• 4-5 potatoes
• Minced beef 500g (30% fat)
• FLEET ON START OFF V6BBQ spice
• ECOPLUS V6BBQ spice
• SALSA V6BBQ sauce
• Burger buns
• 1 spoon of mustard
• Lettuce
• 1 onion
• Tomatoes
• Cheese
PREPARATION
Cut the potatoes as wedges and fry them in hot oil.
Prepare the charcoal. The fire is perfect when the charcoal no longer burns with flames and is covered with grey ash.
Prepare the meat for the burgers by adding a medium size onion and grinding it, and adding a spoonful of mustard. We add flavor to it by adding the V6BBQ Spicy grill mix.
With our hands wet, we form the meatballs that will be placed on the heated grill, 3 to 4 minutes on each side. We can heat the buns on the grill.
Put the burgers together with lettuce, tomatoes, smoked cheese, onion rings, and a lot of V6BBQ Salsa sauce, or any variant you like.
Serve it with the wedges, spiced up with the V6BBQ Ecoplus, for a bonus in taste.
