Burger with wedges potatoes
Ingredients for 2 servings:
• 4-5 potatoes
• Minced beef 500g (30% fat)
• FLEET ON START OFF V6BBQ spice
• ECOPLUS V6BBQ spice
• SALSA V6BBQ sauce
• Burger buns
• 1 spoon of mustard
• 1 onion
Cut the potatoes in wedges style and fry them in hot oil.
We prepare the coal. The jar is perfect when charcoal no longer burns with flame and is covered with a layer of gray ash.
Prepare the meat for burgers by adding a medium sized onion on the grater and a teaspoon of mustard. Taste with V6BBQ Spice mix.
With wet hands, we form the generous breadcrumbs we put on the grilled grill, 3-4 minutes on each side. Half the buns can be fried on the grill.
Add to the burger salads, tomatoes, smoked cheese, onion rings and lots of V6BBQ Salsa sauce or any other dipping you like.
Serve alongside wedges potatoes spiced with ECOPLUS V6BBQ Spice for added flavor.
