Season the wings with the V6BBQ combination, leave them in a cold place for a couple of hours, after which we place them on the zone of indirect grilling.
We leave them with a cover on for about 20 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius, after which we flip them around and leave them on the other side for another 20 minutes, at the same temperature, while being careful to add wooden chips for the smoking.
Peel a pineapple, cut it into pieces and spice it with V6BBQ Spicy grill mix.
After the wings are done, place the pineapple slices above the fire for around a minute, on each side.
Place it all on a plate, glaze the wings with V6BBQ Mango sauce and we can add a V6BBQ Salsa sauce as a dip. The result is spectacular and delicious. Enjoy!
