• 1 V6BBQ Garlic Rub
• V6BBQ Original Barbecue Sauce
We sprinkle the entire content of a V6BBQ RUB bag on the wings, and then rub them well, in order for the spices to permeate and cover the wings, creating a flavored crust.
For a perfect result we wrap the meat as tightly as possible in food foil, and leave it in the fridge for 2 to 12 hours. It is preferable to let it marinate overnight. The longer it marinates, the more powerful the flavors and the more intense the taste will be.
With V6BBQ RUB, marinating is dry and does not require any kind of liquid.
After the marinating process is done, we heat the grill and place the wings over the fire, for 10 minutes on each side. Attention, a large fire is not advised!
At the end, with a brush, we apply V6BBQ Original Barbecue Sauce to each wing. Afterwards, we leave them for another 2 or 3 minutes on the grill, and then we can serve them.
