RUB PASTRAMI

A mixture of sea salt and spices for dry marinating, recommended for those who love the taste of steak, flavored with allspice, coriander, pepper and subtle horseradish notes.

Use:
Dry marinating is suitable for meat to be prepared on the grill, in the oven or in the pan.
Apply 40 g out of this recipient over about 1kg of meat, rub it and wrap it in food foil, and then marinate cold for 2 to 12 hours. The longer the marinating time, the more intense the taste is.

Net quantity: 220 g

Ingredients: sea salt, allspice, cane sugar, pepper, coriander, paprika, horseradish, garlic, nutmeg, parsley.
