RUB PASTRAMI

A mixture of sea salt and spices for dry marinating, recommended for those who love the taste of steak flavored with allspice, coriander, pepper and subtle horseradish notes.

Usage:
Dry marinating is suitable for meat to be prepared on the grill, in the oven or in the pan.
Apply the contents of the bag over about 1kg of meat, rub and wrap the meat in food foil, and then marinate cold for 2 to 12 hours. The longer the marinating time, the more intense the taste is.
