A mix of sea salt and spices for dry marinating for those that love meat with an Asian specific, with ginger, lemon and curry.

Use:
Dry marinating is suitable for meat to be prepared on the grill, in the oven or in a pan.
Apply 40 g out of this recipient over about 1kg of meat, rub and wrap the meat in food foil, and then marinate it cold for 2 to 12 hours. The longer the marinating time, the more intense the taste will be.

Ingredients: tomatoes, sea salt, sugar, onion, ginger, lemon balm, curry (turmeric, cumin, coriander, fenugreek seeds, parsley, chili, garlic, condiments), pepper.
